In 2025, STARC formed a joint venture with US-based HMT LLC to create HMT Arabia Company. This new entity manufactures floating roof seals, aluminum dome roofs, and emission reduction devices for aboveground storage tanks, improving tank safety, efficiency, and sustainability while minimizing emissions and extending asset life.
